The Crown of the Carolinas Cup is the only AAU Junior Olympics Flag Football Qualifying Tournament in North and South Carolina, making it one of the premier youth flag football events in the Southeast.


Each year, the tournament brings together elite teams from states such as Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Kansas, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, and as far as Puerto Rico to compete for championship titles and earn their opportunity to qualify for the AAU Junior Olympics.


Competition is available for:

  • Boys: 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U and 16U
  • Girls: 10U, 12U, 14U, and High School
