Catch & Shoot Football-Basketball Skills Camp

The Catch & Shoot Flag Football and Basketball Skills Camp is designed to introduce young athletes ages 7-15 to the fundamentals of both sports, helping them build confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. This camp focuses on teaching key skills, including flag pulling, route running, receiving and passing for flag football with Primetime Elite in the morning, as well as passing, dribbling, shooting, and defense for basketball with Carolina Courts in the afternoon.

Camp hours: 9am-3pm

Pick up times are 3pm for full-day camp and 11:30am for half-day camp.

Early drop off and late pick up times are available by request.

All campers will receive a Catch & Shoot t-shirt.

The Primetime Elite Travel Team Academy (PETTA) is a competitive 12-month player development program for athletes who are ready to take their game beyond recreational flag football. Through consistent coaching, structured training, and tournament competition, our athletes develop the skills, confidence, and character needed to compete at a high level.

Crown of the Carolinas Cup - AAU Junior Olympics Qualifying Tournament

The Crown of the Carolinas Cup is the only AAU Junior Olympics Flag Football Qualifying Tournament in North and South Carolina, making it one of the premier youth flag football events in the Southeast.

Each year, the tournament brings together elite teams from states such as Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Kansas, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, and as far as Puerto Rico to compete for championship titles and earn their opportunity to qualify for the AAU Junior Olympics.

Competition is available for:

Boys: 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U and 16U
Girls: 10U, 12U, 14U, and High School

Whether you're chasing a championship, testing your team against some of the nation's best competition, or pursuing a berth to the AAU Junior Olympics, the Crown of the Carolinas Cup is where elite flag football programs come to compete.
